Eligibility: The Beacon Services & Appliances May is Maytag Month Event (“Event”) is open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Beacon Services & Appliances and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Event Duration: The Event will run beginning at 12:00 AM on May 5th, 2024, and ending at 11:59 PM on May 31st, 2024.

Participation: To participate, individuals must visit a participating Beacon Services & Appliances location during regular business hours and spin the prize wheel located on-site. No purchase is necessary to participate.

a. Only one spin per household per day is permitted.

b. All spins must make a full rotation of the wheel.

c. All spins must be witnessed by a Beacon employee to be valid.

d. Participants are limited to one prize per household per Event.

Prize Redemption: Prizes awarded through the prize wheel are subject to availability and may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Prize Wheel: The prize wheel will feature a variety of prizes, including but not limited to percentage discounts off appliance purchases, cash prizes, and appliance giveaways. The specific prizes available may change throughout the duration of the Event.

Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize at the time of spinning the prize wheel. Failure to claim a prize at the time of spinning will result in forfeiture. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for other items.

General Conditions: Beacon Services & Appliances reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Event, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Beacon Services & Appliances, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Event.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Event, participants agree to release and hold harmless Beacon Services & Appliances, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Event or receipt or use of any prize.

Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to Beacon Services & Appliances’ Privacy Policy and will only be used by Beacon for the purposes of Beacon Services & Appliances and will not be sold to any other entities.

Governing Law: The Event and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of The State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Citrus County, Florida.

Winners List: For a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Beacon Services & Appliances, 6680 North Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, Florida, 34465, Attn: May is Maytag Month Event Winners List. Requests must be received within 30 days following the end of the Event.

By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Beacon Services & Appliances, which are final and binding in all respects.
